We provide a full printing and cutting service for Short Run Cardboard Packaging. Our digital print and finishing service is ideal for sampling and short runs, or when an ultra fast turnaround is required. Our Arizona and Colorado UV Printing Systems lend themselves perfectly to printing packaging for both sample sets and short runs, printing in Full Colour plus White Ink. Our Zund G3 cutting and finishing system will cut and crease a full range of packaging materials to make accurate and intricate cartons and boxes.
We work with both FEFCO & ECMA libraries, plus we have access to an in depth library of bags, envelopes & folders. Boxes can be produced to any shape and size, with a variety of corrugated materials including BC Flute, A Flute, B Flute, C Flute, D Flute, E Flute & F Flute. We stock a range of box boards in white and natural for single wall cartons. All our boards can be printed in single and full colour, with white ink within the same print process.
Our Arizona 1380XT has a bed size of 3.1m x 2.5m and prints CMYK + Lc Lm + White + White. Our Colorado 1640’s are high speed UV Roll to Roll and print in CMYK on a range on paper and plastic substrates. Accurate and fast cutting of a wide range of materials is a core process of our business. The core of our operation is our Zund G3 Large Format Finishing System which has the ability to cut, score, perforate, crease and route a diverse range of materials. Equipped with a bed size of 3200mm x 1800mm and a full size material conveyor system, there aren’t many sheet and roll materials that we can’t cut. Our tooling includes Drag Knife, Oscillating Knife, Rotary Knife, Creasing Wheels and 8 Head Tool Change Router.
