Cutting of 5mm White Foamex is no problem for either square or contour cuts. Most cutting of Foamex is Knife cut which is the quickest and cleanest process, but it can also be Router cut for intricate shapes. Both processes are completed by our automated Zund G3 finishing system.
Delivery prices are calculated on the full sheet size that you’re purchasing. If your board is being cut into multiple panels, your shipping cost may reduce depending on the finished parcel size. We’ll recalculate your shipping as part of the order process and ensure you’re billed for the lowest possible cost option.
